Who You'll Be: An accomplished leader with a track record of driving excellence in elevated, food-focused venues, combining operational expertise with a passion for warm, approachable hospitality. Someone with strong business acumen – confident in managing financials, budgets, and targets. Extensive experience managing relationships and operational interfaces within major developments with a strong understanding of how large, multi-stakeholder estates function as well as maintaining relationships with Landlord & local authorities.
