Full Job Description An F-Gas & Refrigeration Trainer and Assessor is required in near Harrow, Middlesex to deliver high-quality technical training and assessment across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. The role will be primarily based at the centre in Middlesex with travel to either Basildon or Luton at times and occasional travel to other training locations when required. You will train and assess candidates against current industry standards while supporting them throughout their learning journey. The F-Gas & Refrigeration Trainer and Assessor will also lead the development of new technical courses including brazing, flammable refrigerants, hydrocarbon handling and wider refrigeration and air conditioning subjects. This position would suit an experienced commercial RAC professional who wants to use their technical knowledge to raise standards, develop new programmes and help grow a specialist training department. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical training and assessment across F-Gas, refrigeration and air conditioning scopes for which personal competence is held.
