This role is ideal for a technically driven individual who takes pride in producing high-quality construction information and enjoys leading the coordination of residential-led developments through the post-planning stages. You will be responsible for translating client briefs and planning-approved schemes into fully coordinated working drawing packages, ensuring compliance with current UK Building Regulations, Nationally Described Space Standards, and relevant industry guidance.
