Role Purpose Lead the development of Harbour’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial, financial, operational, and geopolitical dimensions. Drive portfolio optimisation, market intelligence, and long-term investment planning to support sustainable value creation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and refine strategy across upstream and energy transition (CCS) activities., • Analyse industry trends, macroeconomic and geopolitical factors to inform strategic decisions., • Oversee competitor analysis and market intelligence., • Support business planning, investor communications, and capital market updates., • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend optimisation or divestment strategies., • Contribute to M&A screening and strategic partnerships., • Represent Harbour at industry events and with key stakeholders., • Lead special projects and prepare strategic briefings for senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred., • Extensive strategy or corporate development experience in upstream oil & gas., • Strong understanding of E&P economics, energy transition, and capital markets., • Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic planning., • Global experience and familiarity with ESG frameworks are a plus.
