Key responsibilities include: • Undertaking initial triage assessments for all new housing enquiries, • Assessing households’ risk of homelessness at first contact, • Providing tailored housing advice and early intervention support, • Advising on a range of housing options including private rent, social housing, and supported accommodation, • Responding to general enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face contact, • Supporting residents with access to services that help sustain tenancies, • Delivering advice across areas such as homelessness, tenancy rights, domestic abuse, and financial issues To be successful in this role, you will need: • Recent experience working within a housing options, homelessness, or triage environment, • Strong interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, • Ability to assess complex situations and apply investigative skills, • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Working Arrangements • Office-based in Braintree during training, • Thereafter, 3 days per week in the office
