Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and matcha beverages, maintaining consistency and presentation., • Deliver strong latte art and uphold Urban Baristas’ beverage quality standards., • Support the Café Managers with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift supervision., • Lead service during busy periods, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality or customer experience., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment., • Arrange and manage food displays, ensuring products are fresh, appealing, and rotated correctly., • Provide warm, professional customer service and handle customer enquiries or issues confidently., • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met., • Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and professional café culture.
