We are looking for a talented Pizza Chef to join Bocconcino Restaurant Soho Kitchen Team on a Full Time Permanent basis. The appointed Pizza Chef will report into the Head Chef and will support the kitchen Team in ensuring all the ordered pizzas from our guests are prepared to an impeccable standard. You will be a great foodie with being highly organised in preparing great food, while ensuring that Food Safety Standards are adhered to at all times. Main Requirements: Must have experience of working in a Luxury Restaurant or Hotel Environment. Full experience of working in a busy, high volume Pizza Kitchen section. A Self Starter with a zest for great forward thinking delicious Italian Cuisine. A Full flexible approach to working hours are essential as the role involves working days, evenings and weekends on a shift basis.
