Griffin's governance framework and delegated authorities, ensuring they are up to date and stay current as we grow Preparing and managing regulatory submissions and notifications to the FCA and PRA, including controller forms and ad hoc regulatory notifications. Act as a key point of contact for board members, helping information flow smoothly and deadlines being met. The end-to-end share options scheme and shareholder relations (cap table management, share transfers, AGMs) Companies House and statutory filings including director appointments and resignations, confirmation statements and changes to articles. Support contract reviews, NDA sign-offs, and legal research as a smaller part of the role. To ensure this, we're looking for people who have: Relevant experience in a company secretarial, assistant company secretary, or governance support role within a bank or regulated financial services environment. About Pinc Pinc is an Independent Specialist College offering an inspiring and impactful approach to education and pathways into employment for neurodivergent young people, aged 16-24 years. We are recruiting Programmes Support roles across several Pinc College campuses and creative learning environments, including London, Rochdale, Halifax, Bradford, Manchester and Birmingham. As Education Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a Pinc College campus, working closely with teachers, the Assistant Head of Programmes and the Head of Programmes to ensure students receive outstanding support. You will help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment where students can access learning, regulate emotions and make meaningful progress towards their goals. As Assistant Head of Programmes, you will support the delivery, coordination and quality of our Post-16 study programmes, helping to create an outstanding student experience across your campus. Working closely with the Head of Programmes, you will play a key operational leadership role, supporting: You’ll lead on High quality teaching, learning and inclusive practice Student progress, engagement and wellbeing SEND implementation and EHCP outcomes Safeguarding and pastoral support Curriculum coordination and quality assurance Campus operations, student experience and data accuracy Staff guidance, communication and day-to-day coordination You will also help foster positive relationships with families, cultural organisations and external stakeholders, contributing to programmes that prepare students for adulthood, employment and future progression.
