In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team in the delivery, development and continuous improvement of all learning programmes within Counselling, Education and Early Years. You'll hold full accountability for teaching, learning, and assessment across multiple funding streams, as well other key aspects of managing the department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our counselling and education provision, driving excellence and innovation for our learners. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
