Purpose This is a new role which bridges the gap between business and technology, driving research, development, and product management. We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product function — this will be a hands-on role combining setting strategic direction, driving our product road map, embedding data driven decisions and performance monitoring and ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to both the business and our customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and continuously improve products that drive commercial growth and customer engagement. Main Responsibilities and Duties • Define and own the product strategy — aligning product vision and roadmap with company objectives and market opportunities., • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within product development., • Partner with key stakeholders across technology, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation., • Oversee product discovery, delivery, and iteration, ensuring a strong balance between customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility., • Prioritise initiatives that maximise business impact, setting clear KPIs and reporting progress and results to senior leadership., • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, using data and insights to guide strategic decisions., • Establish best-in-class product management processes — including AB testing, backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices. Skills & Experience • Experience in product management, including leadership or head-of-role responsibility within a digital or e-commerce environment., • Proven success in developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes., • Strong experience across mobile and web product development, ideally within consumer-facing businesses., • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional agile teams., • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and clearly present complex ideas., • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise work based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment., • A hands-on mindset, comfortable diving into detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture., • Experience using JIRA or similar tools to manage product delivery, projects, and teams., • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams., • Familiarity with digital analytics and tag management tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
