Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: • Lead, train, and develop your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service., • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coaching, training, and supporting team members., • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
