About LUVLUX LONDON LUVLUX LONDON is a fast-growing pre-loved luxury boutique based in the heart of Mayfair, London, just one minute from Bond Street Station. We specialise in luxury handbags and accessories from some of the world's most iconic brands, including Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Celine. While handbags remain at the heart of our business, we are actively expanding into ready-to-wear fashion, footwear, accessories, and other luxury categories. Through private appointments, social media commerce, and personalised client service, we have built a growing international client base spanning the UK, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia. Join us at an exciting stage as we grow from a successful London luxury boutique into a global luxury brand. About the Role This is not a typical retail position. You will become one of the public faces of the brand, working directly with the founder and playing an important role in the growth of the business. You'll help drive luxury sales, create social media content, host live shopping events, build relationships with clients, and contribute ideas that help shape the future of the company. No two days are the same. One day you may be presenting a Chanel Classic Flap to a private client. The next day you could be hosting a TikTok live stream, filming Instagram content, attending a buying appointment, or helping launch a new business initiative. As a growing business, you may also occasionally support operational tasks such as coordinating deliveries, preparing client orders, organising inventory, or assisting with projects that help improve the overall customer experience. If you are passionate about luxury fashion, social media, entrepreneurship, and building meaningful relationships with people, you'll thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-to-one private appointments with clients, • Present and sell luxury handbags, accessories, and designer fashion pieces, • Host TikTok live streams and social commerce events, • Create and appear in Instagram and TikTok content, • Build and manage relationships with customers both online and in person, • Respond to customer enquiries and arrange appointments, • Packing and despatching orders, liaising with couriers and suppliers, • Represent LUVLUX LONDON and help grow our presence in the UK and internationally, • Collaborate with photography, marketing, and buying partners to create engaging content, • Stay up to date with luxury fashion trends and social media developments, • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, sales performance, branding, and business growth Who We're Looking For We're less interested in your CV and more interested in your mindset. You might be the right person if you are: ✔ Passionate about luxury fashion, handbags, and designer brands ✔ Fluent in spoken and written English ✔ Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with an audience ✔ Naturally confident, positive, and energetic ✔ Excited by social media, content creation, and live selling ✔ Entrepreneurial and eager to learn ✔ Ambitious and motivated by personal growth ✔ A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people ✔ Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership across different areas of the business ✔ Interested in helping build a brand, not just doing a job Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, content creation, livestreaming, customer service, or social media is beneficial but not essential.
