This role is ideal for candidates with experience in deep-sea shipping, freight forwarding, or carrier-side logistics who are passionate about customer service and sales. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, converting quotes into confirmed bookings, and coordinating closely with overseas offices and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present accurate quotations using contract and spot rate platforms, • Follow quotations through to confirmed bookings, • Liaise with overseas offices to arrange shipments, • Experience in deep-sea / ocean freight shipping, ideally within FCL sales or operations, • Background in freight forwarding or shipping line operations preferred, • Strong understanding of booking procedures and shipping documentation WR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
