About the Role As Chef de Partie, youll take ownership of your section and help deliver high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to great British pub food with a modern twist. Youll be involved in menu preparation, daily service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, • Manage your section efficiently during service, • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development, • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices, • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
