Experienced Baker - Artisan Bakery in Andover We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our ever-growing team at our traditional artisan bakery. As Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and rolls, ensuring consistency, excellence, and timely production each day. The bakery operates early morning shifts to ensure fresh products are available daily, maintaining strong standards of craftsmanship and customer service. Working hours: - Monday-Friday: 3:00am-10:30am - Saturday: 5:00am-8:30am - Closed Sundays (except Good Friday) The Person The ideal Baker will have the following: - Minimum 5 years' proven experience in baking - Strong experience making bread dough, hand moulding, and traditional baked goods - Peel oven experience preferred - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early mornings - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients - Good communication and teamwork skills - Passion for baking and creativity in product development - Right to work in the United Kingdom If you are an experienced Baker passionate about traditional baking and early morning production, apply today with your CV TPBN1_UKCT
