The Opportunity You will play a central role in delivering high-quality administrative and client servicing support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and advisers alike. Key Responsibilities • Provide proactive administrative and client servicing support to Wealth Managers and the wider team, • Coordinate client annual reviews, preparing comprehensive meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation, • Review compliance documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to implement client instructions accurately and efficiently, • Liaise with back-office teams (including Dublin-based operations) to manage data updates, payments, and income processing, • Conduct client call-backs to verify and action requests in line with compliance procedures, • Handle sensitive processes such as deceased client administration with professionalism and strict regulatory adherence, • Manage and track Letters of Authority within tight deadlines to ensure smooth client transitions, • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all internal and third-party systems, • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency, • Minimum of 2 years' experience within financial services, ideally in a wealth management or financial planning environment, • Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection, along with associated tax considerations, • Working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework, • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality, • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and client-focused approach, • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, • Competitive salary, tailored to your experience, • Opportunity to work within a respected wealth management firm, • Supportive team environment with exposure to a broad range of financial planning activities Apply now by submitting your CV via the link.
