The Natural History Museum and Science Museums, South Kensington are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chefs to join the teams. We believe our people play an instrumental part in our business. High volume lunch service only, working within a large kitchen team producing a selection of burgers, salads and various other mains and sides. 5 days out of 7, no late finishes! This position requires chefs with experience in the kitchen and a good attitude to work in this high volume business. Some evening work needed.
