Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a café, bar, or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong customer service focus with a passion for hospitality. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Basic understanding of stock management and sales techniques.
