As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead our maintenance operations with confidence and care, ensuring every piece of equipment, system, and facility performs at its best. What You Will Do In This Splendid Role: • Lead and coach the maintenance team, • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, • Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs, • Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams, • Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records, • Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties, • Carry out all administrative work related to maintenance operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately logged from request through to completion What makes you Splendid?
