Your new role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Client Growth: Build and develop long-term partnerships with senior finance clients across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. You’ll take ownership of key accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities, advising on hiring strategies for Finance Directors, CFOs, Financial Controllers and Heads of Finance. Candidate Engagement: Source and engage high-calibre senior finance professionals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing a premium candidate experience from initial approach through to offer and onboarding. Specialist Expertise: Operate as a market expert within the senior finance space. Stay ahead of hiring trends, salary benchmarking and competitor activity to position yourself as a trusted advisor in your market. Desk Ownership: Step into a live, high-potential desk (replacement hire) with an established client base and clear revenue opportunity. Average fees sit at around £12,000, offering strong earning potential.
