The Mission Your job is simple to describe and hard to execute: Win more business. You'll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle - from opportunity qualification through to submission - ensuring every proposal is strategic, compelling, and built to win. You'll work at the intersection of sales, engineering, operations, and leadership, turning complex technical solutions into persuasive proposals that move buyers to say yes. No passengers. What You'll Own Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process Qualify opportunities and decide which bids are worth pursuing Build win strategies that position us ahead of competitors Coordinate internal experts across sales, engineering, finance, and operations Write and structure clear, persuasive, high-impact proposals Manage deadlines and submissions with absolute precision Maintain a library of winning content and bid intelligence Continuously improve how we compete, position, and win What Great Looks Like You're not just organised.
