The Role We are looking for a capable and technically minded Operations & Performance Manager to provide leadership, structure and operational oversight across the business. This is a key role supporting the Founder, ensuring the team operates effectively, performance is visible and measurable, and client work is delivered to a consistently high professional standard. You will act as the day-to-day operational lead for the office, bringing organisation, accountability and process discipline to support the next stage of business growth. This role carries a high level of responsibility and trust, acting as operational support to the Founder and taking ownership of internal performance management and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Performance • Lead and support the business development team day-to-day, • Run weekly results and performance meetings, • Monitor activity levels, KPIs and campaign performance, • Review and audit team output before client delivery, • Support implementation and optimisation of CRM systems (including Salesforce), • Improve reporting visibility, dashboards and operational metrics, • Analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and consistency, • Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members, • Provide coaching and performance support to the team, • Maintain a positive, accountable and professional culture, • Liaise with clients where appropriate to ensure service quality, • Provide operational support and problem-solving assistance to the Founder About You We are looking for someone who combines people capability with technical and operational thinking. You will likely demonstrate: • Previous experience in operations, performance management or team leadership, • Strong organisational and analytical capability, • Confidence working with systems, CRM platforms and data reporting, • Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions, • Commercial awareness and understanding of business performance drivers, • Confidence holding standards while supporting and motivating people, • Clear and professional communication skills, • Reliability, calmness and sound judgement Being technically minded and comfortable working with data and systems is important for this role.
