You will be working with the financial control team to perform and support the development and automation of financial processes that include; day-to-day asset and asset financial reconciliations, financial management and reporting and other month-end tasks. You'll drive end-to-end process improvement across our operational accounting related to asset financing and treatment, timely balance sheet accuracy and broader business operations. Identifying inefficiencies and re-engineering how things work, not just keeping them running. This includes overhauling the bank posting and asset financing reconciliation processes to build a more robust, scalable framework; supporting monthly balance sheet reconciliation; and analysing variances whilst partnering with the team, wider business, and funders to diagnose root causes and embed lasting fixes.
