We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our team. As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting by performing various tasks such as sanding, cleaning, and masking. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall quality of our finished products. ```Duties:``` - Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking - Remove old paint or rust from surfaces using power tools - Fill cracks or holes with putty or other fillers - Apply primer to prepared surfaces - Assist painters with mixing paint and preparing spray guns - Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the painting process ```Requirements:``` - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of power tools - Proficiency in using hand tools such as sanders, scrapers, and brushes - Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality work, we encourage you to apply for the position of Paint Prepper.
