This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Mechanic at Brittanic Auto Transmission located in London. The Car Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition. Daily tasks include conducting regular vehicle inspections, troubleshooting automotive problems, and providing excellent customer service by explaining repair needs and solutions to clients. Arrange for delivery and installation of goods and services if appropriate. Communicate technical details in a customer-friendly manner to ensure understanding. Keep customers informed on service progress, estimated costs, and timelines. Maintain records and accounts of sales made and handle customer correspondence.
