Key Responsibilities Commercial Property Work & Client Advisory • Managing your own caseload across a broad range of commercial property matters, including buying, selling, and leasing commercial property., • Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters and a wide variety of commercial property agreements, including technically demanding documentation., • Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice using plain English. Client Relationship Management • Acting for a broad range of commercial clients and developing strong, long‑term client relationships., • Demonstrating a commercially aware, client‑first approach in all aspects of your work. Business Development & Profile Building • Supporting the firm’s marketing and business development activities as appropriate, including networking and relationship building., • Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Commercial Property department. Teamwork & Professional Development • Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team., • Continuing to develop your technical skills, commercial awareness, and professional confidence through internal and external training. The Ideal Candidate • Circa 2+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights., • Proven experience across all aspects of commercial property law, including buying, selling, and leasing., • A solid working knowledge of property law and landlord and tenant law., • A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, plain‑English advice., • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and IT skills., • An enthusiastic, team‑focused approach with a good balance of technical ability and commercial awareness.
