Partner Role - Competition & Antitrust London About the Firm Our client is a leading international disputes firm with a specialist focus on competition and antitrust litigation. The practice investigates and pursues damages claims where clients have been subjected to price-fixing, bid rigging, and market allocation, recovering billions for multinational, institutional, and business clients across financial services, foreign exchange, logistics, agriculture, technology, and consumer goods markets. The team has been at the forefront of competition disputes involving cutting-edge sectors such as digital markets, AI, and agricultural products - areas under active regulatory scrutiny. The practice is well known for its proactive approach, investing early in economists, investigators, and industry experts to identify antitrust infringements, quantify losses, and build high-value cases. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner or Counsel applicant to join the London Competition & Antitrust practice. You will work closely with partners and colleagues on multi-jurisdictional and often landmark cases, spanning: • High-profile competition damages claims, including follow-on actions, cartel litigation, and abuse of dominance disputes., • Group actions and collective redress, including securities and omissions litigation., • Multi-billion-pound cases across financial services, technology, logistics, consumer, and agricultural markets., • Strategic case development, including pleadings, evidence gathering, disclosure, and trial preparation., • Drafting high-quality correspondence and court documents under the CPR, Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) Rules, and other procedural frameworks., • Collaboration with economists, investigators, and sector experts to deliver robust client outcomes.
