We are looking for a qualified health and safety practitioner with some experience to join our company, and work with our enviable customer base of world-renowned organisations. As a Health and Safety Consultant you will deliver health and safety services to our customers, maintain and develop relationships with them. The role will give you lots of flexibility with your working time as you will be in control of planning your working schedule. Our Consultants want to learn, so there will be mentoring and training available to develop your skills, time to gain further qualifications, and that could lead into people management and/or large contract management to develop your career. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored health and safety consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across the UK. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent UK Health and Safety qualification Ability to understand client business operations and tailor health and safety solutions that align with their strategic goals. Excellent verbal and written communications Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and remote client engagement. A good track record and experience of working within a health and safety role within the UK with resilience and flexibility Undertaken self-directed learning The ability to apply UK health and safety legislation and regulations in a pragmatic and practical way Skilled at building trust, asking the right questions, and delivering pragmatic advice that adds value beyond compliance.
