Oversee the team in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of trials on agronomic inputs, crop protection, nutrition, biostimulants, and technology innovations., • Building and Managing Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the team priorities and business objectives are aligned. Maintain and develop partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure Hutchinsons remain at the forefront of access to new chemistry, technology and other innovations., • Collaboration: Work with technical, commercial, and services teams, as well as external partners; input suppliers, supply chain, technology opportunities and breeders., • Innovation Projects: Drive engagement with Regional Trials Centres, Helix farms, and Novafield initiatives to evaluate new technologies and opportunities., • Financial Management: Report to the Board on costs and ensure that budgets are utilised effectively. What We’re Looking For • Strong technical understanding of UK agronomy with a desire to be at the forefront of market innovations with the confidence to support and challenge current agronomic practices., • Proven leadership and team management experience., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across diverse teams.
