Sous Chef - Bootle Salary: £29,362 per annum Schedule: Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm 37.5 hours per week Eurest is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic catering team in Bootle. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. What You’ll Do: • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, • Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, • Assist with menu preparation and high-volume food production, • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes, • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up, • Excellent leadership and communication skills, • Strong understanding of food safety and operational efficiency, • Ability to perform under pressure If you are passionate about delivering high-quality food and ready for the next step in your culinary career, we’d love to hear from you.
