Duties and Responsibilities: * Working with families at the pre-birth stage and with newborns to ensure safe care and positive outcomes. * Completing detailed pre-birth assessments and risk assessments within required timescales. * Developing and implementing child-focused plans to safeguard and support infants. * Working in partnership with health professionals including midwives and health visitors. * Managing a caseload effectively within a fast-paced safeguarding environment. * Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case records and preparing reports where required.
