We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea. Working Hours: • On a rota basis 5 days out of 7, • Shifts from 8am-6pm /9am-7pm What you will do: • Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly, • Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes., • Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods., • Pack and label baked products for distribution., • Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards., • Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production What are we looking for? • A proactive team player with a positive attitude., • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment., • Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
