Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local organizations and resources to enhance the support network available to our residents. Support residents in accessing these grass root networks, leisure, healthcare and education services Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals. Qualifications: Care support worker, Home Office reviewer and or proven experience in a similar role, preferably working with vulnerable adults. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to develop and implement effective support plans. Knowledge of local resources and support services.
