With a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure, or a related discipline, you bring a wealth of experience in leading services within a large and dynamic organisation. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused services that make a tangible difference to communities. Your knowledge of highways, project management techniques, construction, and drainage & winter or green infrastructure maintenance is informed by industry best practice, national standards, experience and design guides. You will combine technical expertise with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling you to inspire teams, build strong partnerships, and drive continuous improvement.
