About Us Join a dynamic and professional team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a high-end property portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards The Role As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties, leading a team of in-house engineers and coordinating with contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and allocate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion, • Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and deliver maintenance schedules across all properties, • Liaise with internal departments to organise maintenance works, • Keep the Maintenance & Installations Manager updated on progress and issues, • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance queries, • Approve and manage orders for parts, equipment, and contractor services, • Maintain stock levels of parts and ensure availability of backup supplies, • Carry out and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), • Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on support when required, • Ensure full compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations, • Provide team cover during absences and participate in on-call/standby rota We are seeking a professional who has: • Extensive experience in building/property maintenance, • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, • Strong knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and maintenance best practices, • Excellent organisational and planning skills, • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Ability to produce clear reports and maintenance plans, • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills, • A supportive and professional working environment, • Opportunities for training and career progression, • Competitive salary and benefits package If you are an experienced maintenance professional ready to step into a leadership role within a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
