As the Site Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, briefing, and co-ordinating content updates for COS E-Commerce websites to achieve a relevant customer journey, optimising user experience and maximising sales while adhering to COS standards for quality at all times. In this role, you will work together with the site operation team and responsible for site stability, incident management and reporting to optimise site speed.
