    Sales Executive London – On-site Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – (weekends & Bank holiday may sometimes be required) Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join The Stay Club, a leading student accommodation and co-living portfolio in London. This role is focused on business development, customer acquisition and retention. You will be the main point of contact for all Direct Let Sales enquiries. As part of our sales team, you will be working closely with our marketing, operations and wider sales team on lead generation, revenue maximization, and executing plans to achieve budgeted sales Responsibilities • Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, webchat and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner., • Manage both inbound and outbound communications to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings., • Arrange and conduct structured follow-ups to effectively progress prospects through the sales funnel., • Conduct property viewings across our buildings, delivering a confident and engaging presentation of our product., • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry to check-in and beyond, • Manage the full reservation cycle, including:, • Verifying availability, • Preparing and issuing agreements, • Processing payments, • Coordinating documentation, • Handling related administrative tasks, • Responding to pre arrival queries, • Maintain a clear understanding of your sales pipeline, tracking performance and conversion metrics daily., • Plan and organise daily activities to maximise occupancy and revenue., • Participate actively in daily sales updates and contribute insights to improve team performance. Must-Have Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Good numeracy skills, with confidence handling pricing and payment discussions., • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset., • Confident using digital tools, including email, CRM systems and booking platforms., • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and engaging with leads via phone, email, and webchat., • Previous experience in sales, ideally within student accommodation, property, hospitality, or a related sector., • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment., • A positive and professional attitude, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.     Principal Psychologist and Clinical Lead Croydon IST at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. Our service supports autistic adults and adults with intellectual disabilities who may be experiencing significant distress, behaviours of concern, or an increased risk of hospital admission. In this role, you'll lead a skilled multidisciplinary team including an assistant psychologist, behaviour specialist, specialist speech and language therapist, Transforming Care nurse, Autism peer support worker, and an advanced practitioner. Together, you'll help people stay safe, connected to their communities, and supported in ways that reduce the need for crisis-driven or restrictive interventions. Above all, you'll ensure every person receives compassionate, personalised care shaped by what matters most to them. This is also an exciting time to join a service helping shape the future of autism health provision. The Croydon Adult Autism IST is working with NHS England to contribute to an updated national service specification for autism health service models, and our service will feature in the new guidance, showcasing neurodivergent-affirming practice. In 2026, we will also be conducting and publishing research into the impact of the service model, strengthening the evidence base for adult autism health provision.
