Assist with completing circa 50 commercial leases, the role will entail: • Prepare and issue heads of terms, • Edit our standard template lease with the information agreed on heads of terms, • Leases are outside of the 1954 act meaning notices and statutory declarations have to be issued correctly and legally compliant, • Discuss with Open Storage Group any comments/revisions suggested by tenants Solictor, • Amend lease accordingly if agreed to do so., • Follow up with tenants Solicitor to ensure the documentation is completed, • Once all documentation is signed and returned, file a hard and soft copy with Open Storage Group.
