Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 3+ PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and supportive Commercial & Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property matters within a collaborative and dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will work with a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and investors, providing expert legal advice across a wide range of property transactions. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters, • Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant matters, • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial and residential property law, • Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements and related legal documentation, • Conducting property due diligence and advising on property transactions, • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contactsRequirements To be considered for this role, candidates should have: • A minimum of 3 years PQE within Commercial and Residential Property, • Experience handling a varied caseload including:, • Property transactions, • Leases, • Landlord & Tenant matters, • Property disputes, • Strong working knowledge of property law and current market developments, • Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal (essential), • Excellent communication and client care skills, • Strong negotiation and organisational abilities, • A proactive and commercially minded approach, • The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team, • Experience managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesirable Experience, • Previous experience within a CQS accredited firm, • Experience using Infotrack, • Exposure to high-value property transactions or complex landlord & tenant matters, • Knowledge of planning, development or property finance mattersBenefits, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities, • Supportive and collaborative working environment, • Flexible working arrangements available
