You will be at the face of our coffee shop, responsible for providing outstanding service, preparing beverages with care, and ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they step through the door. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide outstanding service, • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and other beverages following our menu, • Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and equipment, • Ensure all food and drink presentation meets our high-quality standards, • Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring products are fresh and well-displayed, • Handle payments accurately and efficiently, • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers, • Educate customers on our healthy offerings and provide recommendations based on their preferences Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not required), • Passion for coffee, healthy food, and customer service, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Friendly, energetic, and a team player, • Food Safety and Hygiene certifications (a plus)
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic staff member to join our fish and chip shop team. This dual-role position involves both food preparation/cooking and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
