This is achieved by undertaking a supervisory role of staff in team and also via sign off of Quality Assurance documentation. About you as a Lead Cable Jointer You will ideally have 'Time Served' industry experience up to 132kV with extensive knowledge of Electricity industry, preferably in public setting i.e. DNO works and leading teams.
