About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and imaginative Creative Event Producer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their event experiences, while also supporting the development of non-event creative across content, campaigns and brand touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role within the Creative Services team, working closely with Event Services, Production and wider business stakeholders. The Creative Event Producer will be involved from the earliest stages of client engagement, helping to explore objectives, uncover insights and shape the creative direction that underpins each event. Key Responsibilities -Lead the development of creative concepts, event narratives and experience design that captivate audiences and deliver against client objectives. -Play an active role in client exploration and discovery, shaping briefs and creative direction from the earliest conversations. -Collaborate closely with Event Services, Production and external suppliers to ensure creative ideas are practical, scalable and deliverable to a high standard. -Develop and present compelling creative proposals and pitches, clearly articulating ideas, storytelling approaches and experience rationale. -Translate business objectives, messages and insights into meaningful event content and experiences that resonate with audiences. -Oversee the creative journey from ideation through to live delivery, ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail at every stage. -Contribute to the development and delivery of non-event creative content, including shoots, design work, campaigns and supporting brand assets where required. -Seek out innovative formats, technologies and approaches that enhance engagement and create moments of genuine “surprise and delight”. -Stay informed on industry trends, audience behaviour and emerging creative techniques. -Support the Head of Creative Services in raising creative standards and creative ambition across the business. -Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and values-led creative culture. Skills and Experience -Proven experience in a creative, content or experience-led role within the events industry. -Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepting, storytelling and audience engagement. -Confident and engaging presenter, with experience contributing to or leading client pitches. -Ability to connect creative ideas to strategic and commercial outcomes. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. -Strong understanding of event production processes and experience design. -Organised, adaptable and comfortable shaping ideas from early-stage briefs.
