The Role • Preparing and producing a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods, • Supporting both daily service and formal dining events, • Maintaining consistently high standards of presentation and quality, • Assisting with menu planning and seasonal development, • Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, • Permanent, full-time position, • Working every other weekend (with time off in lieu as applicable), • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or strong Chef de Partie with pastry experience, • Solid understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques, • Strong xrnqpay organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment, • Salary of £30,018 per annum, • Permanent, stable employment within a respected Cambridge College, • Structured working environment, • Opportunity to contribute to high-quality formal dining
