Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Summary of our role We’re on the lookout for a Senior Art Director to join our award-winning creative team. You’ll be responsible for delivering bold, intelligent, and visually compelling work that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction, mentoring junior talent, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare communications. What you can expect to be doing: • Leading the visual direction of multi-format campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms., • Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to develop original, insight-driven concepts., • Managing your own projects and accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget., • Providing creative direction during shoots and production, working closely with external partners., • Mentoring junior creatives and supporting their development through feedback and guidance., • Presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, backed by strong storytelling and rationale., • Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively applying new thinking to your work., • Championing effectiveness and helping turn great work into award-winning submissions This role could be a great fit for you if: • You’re a visual storyteller with an award-winning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and craft excellence., • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable leading projects from ideation to execution., • You have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, UX/UI, and visual communication., • You’re passionate about mentoring others and fostering a positive, creative culture., • You’re commercially aware, strategically minded, and always looking for ways to elevate the work., • You’re curious, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement., • Ideally, you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning What you can expect from us A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters.
