The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel; experience with platforms like Shopify is a plus. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage, especially for communicating with Chinese suppliers and interpreting relevant market data.
