Project Executive - German speaking This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator looking for a Project based role. The successful candidate must have the ability to administer a number of projects working within a highly successful and fast growing, medium-sized international organisation. The Role • To assist a Senior Account/Project Manager, or Account Director in all administration duties, to ensure the smooth running of projects., • To provide assistance within the Client Services department as required including but not limited to; organizing proofs, packshots, sample shootings, couriers, assisting with quotes, setting up jobs on Traffic (internal system), coordinating Account Managers mailboxes in absences., • To assist in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline., • To communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company., • Under guidance of a senior team member, liaise with the Studio Manager, Design and Artwork departments, giving adequate notice for jobs to be scheduled for production., • Learn to analyse, understand, question and challenge client briefings., • To assist in writing briefings for internal design, photoshoot and digital artwork projects., • To attend briefs to the design or artwork team on individual projects as required., • To assist in effectively managing the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process as required., • Where required organise photoshoots, get quotations, book photographers and home economists, organise/source product samples, write photo briefings under guidance etc., • Proof-read all designs and artworks you are assisting with, whilst learning to ensure brand consistency across the product range., • Learn to ensure that projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines., • Keep full track of all live projects you are assisting on and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time., • Work closely with the Account Managers to enable you to manage client expectations and make sure that all deadlines are met., • Assist with the preparation of invoicing with the Client Services Department as required to ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and within company timelines. Skills • Administration or project experience., • Fluency in German language skills., • To have project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous., • Advanced in Excel and managing spreadsheets is essential., • You will have experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word)., • You will be able to balance and own your own workload., • You will be flexible and able to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Stores Apprentice at Portakabin you will be based at our London West Hire and Service Centre. You will support the team to provide an effective service and maintain materials to optimum stock levels, ensuring full compliance with the Company operating procedures whilst ensuring effective cost controls at all times. Our professional apprenticeship programme has been developed to ensure you are supported throughout every step of your journey. Your 2-year apprenticeship will be delivered through a blended learning approach supported by our learning provider, Linden Management. You will be stretched, challenged and supported by a business that views your professional development as a priority. During the programme you will complete a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship, which will offer the breadth and variety to support your development. Role Details: • Hourly Rate - £7.79 per hour + £0.83 per hour London Weighting, • Role based: London West Hire and Service Centre, Hayes, UB3 1DY, • Contract type: 36.25 Hours Per Week, • Annual leave of 24 days per annum plus bank holidays, • Ensuring compliance relevant Health and Safety practices and all applicable legislation to encourage and maintain zero harm environment and culture., • Assisting with reviewing, analysing and recording costs of materials purchased, including cross hires and third party hiring., • Ensuring reused fittings and materials are utilised as a priority without compromising quality., • Assisting with the receipt/dispatch and accounting of all materials adhering to full compliance to the Company operating procedures in relation to ordering materials, issuing materials, booking out materials and overall stock accuracy., • Supporting in maintaining the stock area to an acceptable and organised standard, ensuring all material storage areas and walkways are clean, tidy and unobstructed, and stock checks are carried out as per the schedule set by SAP., • Assisting in maintaining optimum stock levels as agreed by the Service Manager/Supervisor in conjunction with Materials Requisition Planning. Ensure that all materials required are ordered, tracked and available in a timely manner to meet our delivery requirements., • Define the requirements of an order/service request to ensure materials are supplied within any agreed timescales, from reading and understanding drawing specifications., • Learn how to ensure all plant, tools and equipment are fully compliant regarding PAT testing and Health and Safety protocols, they are maintained in order to maximise their use and prolonged life, issue and monitor use of power tools and equipment by operatives and sub-contractors., • Provide and maintain an adequate supply of PPE for the workforce, ensure allocation of PPE to operatives is justified and controlled., • Be thorough in the separation and segregation of waste to meet environmental requirements., • Ensure that all relevant safety equipment is correctly labelled and routine insurance inspections are organised and controlled.
