Key Responsibilities -Oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning services across residential and commercial contracts. -Lead and support a team of staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. -Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements. -Monitor service delivery and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. -Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries or concerns promptly. -Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including tenders, proposals, and new contracts. -Prepare regular reports on staffing, schedules, financial performance, and operational outcomes. Experience / Qualifications -Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry. -Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional approach to client relations. -Good knowledge of health and safety and industry compliance standards. -Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operational priorities effectively. -Highly organised, reliable, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
