Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Pumping Systems) £24,000 - £25,000 + Company Bonus + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Stoke Do you have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and want to build a Technical Sales career with a leading Pumping Systems manufacturer, offering full specialist training, clear progression into senior roles, and the opportunity to increase your earnings through a company bonus? This UK manufacturer, with a £21 million turnover, supplies innovative pumping and fluid handling solutions to the construction, utilities, housing, and wastewater sectors, built on over 65 years of engineering excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service trusted by local authorities, developers, and contractors nationwide. In this role, you will review technical enquiries, work with drawings and specifications, and assist in sizing and selecting suitable pumping station systems. You'll help prepare quotations and proposals, provide technical guidance, and support stakeholder, help manage customer relationships, follow up on projects, and work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate, economical, and compliant pumping solutions. Based in Stoke this role is Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. This role would suit an aspiring Sales Engineer looking to develop their skills with a long-established UK manufacturer, offering structured progression, specialist training, and the chance to boost earnings through a company bonus, while delivering high-quality, compliant engineering solutions. The Role: Build and manage customer relationships. Prepare technical proposals and quotations. 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. The Person: Engineering qualification (HND or degree) or relevant technical sales experience. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
