Support onboarding of new staff and conduct on-the-job training. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene legislation, and internal policies. Work with the kitchen and barista teams to monitor stock usage, place restocking orders when needed, and ensure availability of essential items. Report to the Management regarding staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
