This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for: • Overseeing all staff rotas, including housekeeping, kitchen, guest services, and drivers, • Managing bookings and check-ins/outs, • Ensuring properties are guest-ready and operations run smoothly, • Using IT systems for communication, scheduling, and performance tracking You will lead and coordinate a team including: • Housekeeping staff, • Kitchen assistants and cooks, • Drivers, • Guest service team members ⸻ 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Lead operations across hotels, serviced apartments, and holiday lets, • Create and manage staff rotas across all departments, • Supervise teams and ensure high standards of service delivery, • Coordinate guest bookings, arrivals, departures, and resolve guest issues, • Use booking systems and IT tools to manage operations and internal communications, • Monitor property condition and organise any maintenance or follow-ups, • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and hospitality standards, • Train and support staff, promote teamwork and service quality, • Continuously look for ways to improve workflow and guest satisfaction ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Experience in serviced accommodation, hotel, or hospitality operations, • Strong team leadership and rota management skills across departments, • Comfortable using IT platforms for scheduling, bookings, and reporting, • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities, • Able to manage multiple properties and staff across different locations, • Formal qualification in Business Management or Hospitality preferred, • Driving licence preferred ⸻ 💼 What We Offer • Competitive salary (based on experience), • Flexible hybrid working arrangement, • Opportunity to lead a growing multi-site operation, • Supportive management structure, • Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
