Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with BRC and other standards. 4. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor and manage performance linked to KPIs, ensuring activity is recorded and measured. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Support the adoption of technology and innovative solutions to optimise operations. Champion sustainability initiatives within the warehouse and coldstore. Requirements Previous experience within a food or temperature-controlled warehouse. Minimum 3 years experience managing a team of 10+ employees. Proven experience in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
